As a Software Service Specialist in our Reproductive Health Business, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and deploying software solutions that are used for screening of pregnant women and newborns. Your technical expertise and customer focus will ensure our life-changing screening technologies operate seamlessly for screening providers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Configure, test, document, and install informatics systems for screening laboratories globally.

Provide high-level technical and end-user support to ensure smooth operations of critical diagnostic systems.

Conduct product training sessions and interact directly with both internal teams and end customers.

Collaborate on projects with customers, R&D teams, sales departments, and other key stakeholders.

Troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions to minimize disruption to laboratory operations.

Basic qualifications

Customer-focused problem-solving mindset.

Basic understanding of software application lifecycle.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences or related field.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer installations and training.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in developing, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and/or supporting software applications for external customers.

Knowledge of healthcare or laboratory information systems.

Additional language skills beyond English.

Understanding of health technology industry and software systems.
