We’re looking for a Software & Automation Specialist to support hospital customers remotely and install/configure solutions onsite, combining problem-solving with hands-on implementation to drive impact in healthcare and advance human health through science. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a mission-critical environment while directly contributing to better patient outcomes.

Your Tasks

System & Software Management – Resolve technical issues (e.g., server setups, SQL/DB configurations, permissions, and network access) to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-performing systems for customers.

Hardware Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform technical interventions on diagnostic instruments and optimize solutions to keep critical healthcare equipment running smoothly.

Customer Training & Enablement – Deliver clear, effective training so users can confidently operate the software, maximizing adoption and reducing downtime.

Customer Service & Relationship Building – Provide responsive support and proactive communication to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing – Work closely with colleagues across the business to align strategies, share expertise, and deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Key Conditions

  • Frequent travel within the country, with occasional visits to HQ in Germany.

  • A valid driving licence is essential for nationwide travel.

  • A good level of English, both written and spoken, is required to collaborate effectively with international colleagues

You Bring

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant technical field (IT, Software Development, Software Engineering, or similar).

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems in both server and desktop environments (mandatory).

  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, including creating and managing data, queries, and stored procedures (strongly preferred).

  • At least an intermediate level of English (B2) in both oral and written communication
