Your Superpowers in Action

  • Manage and develop client relationships with reproductive health clinics, hospitals, and laboratories across your designated territory in France.
  • Provide specialized technical support and education on our reproductive health diagnostic solutions, including newborn screening software, automation platforms, mass spectrometry reagents, and NGS technologies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence in the reproductive health sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical specialists, marketing, and customer support to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and maintain competitive advantage.

Basic qualifications

  • University degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or related customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory in France (30/40% of the time).
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and medical device regulations in France.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in reproductive health, maternal care, newborn screening, or related medical fields.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships in healthcare settings.
  • Understanding of laboratory workflows, automation systems, mass spectrometry technologies or next generation sequencing applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical information about software solutions and diagnostic technologies to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis for business development.
