Revvity is seeking a world class Senior Manager of Global Real Estate with responsibility to develop, execute, and manage the enterprise-wide real estate strategy that supports the Revvity’s over-arching business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Ownership of overseeing and driving all real estate transactions inclusive of purchases, sales, leases, consolidations, and exits of all sites with support from internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing a programmatic & proactive approach to managing all real estate transactions for increased efficiency.

  • Facilities Management: Build & implement an enterprise-wide facilities playbook to drive consistent policies and processes surrounding real estate costs, site owner roles, disaster recovery, ESG / EHS practices, among other areas to drive cost-out opportunities & enhance internal collaboration.

  • Project Management: Support large, complex, & strategic real estate projects to ensure successful execution & on-time delivery.

Data & Reporting: Strengthen existing real estate data and associated processes to drive more automated, recurring analytics to the organization to optimize our overall real estate

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 8+ years in a corporate real estate, real estate planning, project management and / or operations, or adjacent consulting role with a global organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree major in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate Management

  • Experience managing or providing services to a geographically diverse portfolio in excess of two million square feet

  • Proven track record of developing, executing and managing global real estate strategies & portfolios that meet corporate objectives & enhance the employee experience.

  • Deep understanding of real estate related processes: strategic sourcing, supply chain management, human capital management, facilities management, location management, lease transaction management, design, construction and project management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to successfully present complex financial and organizational analyses to Senior and Executive Leadership Team.

  • Expertise in dealing with all levels of management and ability to work in a matrix organizational structure.

  • Results-driven with excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously from design phase through to implementation.

  • Strong technical aptitude for data & analytics solutions & financial acumen.

Compensation Range:

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$180,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. 

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
