Essential Functions
- Coordinate daily production schedules, workforce allocation, and line pacing to meet output targets and KPIs
- Monitor equipment availability and communicate maintenance needs to minimize unplanned downtime
- Support root-cause investigations for quality deviations, line stoppages, or production scrap; assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Procurement, Planning, Warehouse) under supervisor guidance to balance production demand, inventory levels, and order fulfillment
- Help maintain stock accuracy across raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods
- Participate in cycle counts, periodic physical inventory audits, and discrepancy reconciliations
- Monitor inventory turnover, scrap rates, and shelf-life constraints; escalate issues as needed
- Ensure proper storage compliance, lot/batch traceability, and controlled handling where required
- Support warehouse receiving, staging, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and cross-functional partners
- Provide day-to-day guidance to team members and contribute to a positive, high-performance work environment
- Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in biology related field
- 1–3 years of relevant biotechnology work experience
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Master's degree in biology related field
- Working knowledge of equipment and processes used in protein purification and conjugation
- Working knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 regulations as well as quality management systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems
