Under guidance of senior personnel, prepare hybridoma culture related material and buffer Perform cell fusion Maintain myeloma cell line Establish monoclonal hybridoma cell line by limiting dilution Hybridoma cell culture maintenance, expansion, mIL-6 weaning and cryopreservation Related database update and record Characterize hybridoma culture monoclonality by CSI image system.  To record, track and select monoclonal culture Analyze and summarize data with high attention to detail in accordance with SOPs.  Complete all documentation, batch records, experimental data, Clarity and BLT FileMaker. Lab database organization and maintenance Collaborate with other product development research associates and scientists to provide project updates, to establish project timelines and to assist completion of product development documentation Other projects or responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree with a course works in cell biology or relate field.

Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

Mammalian cell culture and cell line maintenance;

Basic knowledge of immunology including but not limited to antibody and antigen interaction is a plus;

Basic knowledge of protein purification is a plus.
