- Reports defective materials to Department Supervisor
- Working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to search multiple product locations within inventory.
- Occasionally handling blue ice with gloves
- Process a high volume of orders for both international and domestic destinations
- Communicate on a regular basis with customer service to ensure any last-minute requirements are met and tracking information is sent
- Work with a variety of postal carriers including FEDEX, DHL, UPS and KWE
- Efficiently pack orders to balance both weight and volume
- Dangerous goods (such as dry ice) shipping
- Support packaging team as need to pick and package orders
- Meet performance targets
- Report and/or solve posting issues with NAV
- Other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience
- College Diploma
- Recent shipping experience with both international and domestic order Revvity Proprietary Information
Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience
- Recent experience in biotech setting
- 6 months of maintaining shipping supplies
- Related warehouse inventory experience
- IATA/DOT certified dangerous goods handler
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experiences in quality system
