As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of the EMEA IT support team, delivering high-quality technical assistance to Revvity end users across the region. You’ll be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, supporting lab environments, and ensuring top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues (Windows, Office 365, Android, iOS)

  • Provide hands-on IT support for end users across the EMEA region

  • Analyze problems and apply fixes or escalate to relevant support teams

  • Log and update all incidents and service requests in the IT service desk system

  • Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software

  • Troubleshoot issues with printers, copiers, scanners, and lab IT systems

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in all user interactions

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users at all levels

  • Create and maintain user-friendly IT documentation and guides

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, mobile OS (Android/iOS)

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude

  • Experience with IT service desk tools and documentation practices

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
