We're seeking a Reagents Regional Marketing Lead to drive measurable business impact and significant Marketing Revenue growth of our Immunoassay Reagents portfolio. Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Sales Alignment

Represent and communicate regional Sales needs in annual and ongoing planning efforts throughout the year, working closely with upstream Strategic Marketing and Content & Messaging teams to ensure regional priorities, customer needs, and revenue opportunities are reflected in campaign plans.


Partner with upstream teams to plan and align strategic campaigns to priority AlphaLisa and HTRF customer accounts, territory opportunities, and solution/portfolio focus areas.


Regional Campaign Execution & Demand Generation

Lead execution of regional marketing campaigns at both the solution/portfolio and product level, ensuring programs are tailored to local market needs, sales priorities, and customer growth opportunities.


Regional campaign types include but are not limited to:

  • Email campaigns
  • Paid search and targeted digital programs
  • Account-based marketing initiatives
  • Local events, lunch-and-learns, webinars, workshops, seminars, user group meetings, and virtual or hybrid customer programs
  • Lead development and follow-up programs
  • Providing marketing support for Sales prospecting

AI-Enabled Marketing Innovation

Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute AI-based marketing pilot initiatives in the region that increase speed to market, improve campaign efficiency, increase conversion rates, drive more qualified leads and revenue.


Voice of Customer & Customer Experience Feedback

Gather and share regional Voice of Customer feedback on products, marketing programs, and customer experience with relevant teams; champion the incorporation of VOC insights into annual planning, campaign strategy, digital and offline communications, content, and other key areas.


Campaign Optimization & Lead Follow-Up

Leverage marketing data and expertise of internal channel teams to optimize campaigns, channel mix, and investments toward maximizing revenue impact and ensuring regional goals are met or exceeded.

Work with the Sales team to ensure timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads, including coordination on lead prioritization, outreach timing, opportunity progression, and feedback on lead quality.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline
  • 5 years of scientific marketing experience
  • 2-3 years of Reagents experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (PhD preferred) and/or relevant lab experience (5+ years) in the one or more relevant fields / research areas: Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cellular Assay Development / Optimization, Neuroscience, Cancer Biology, Oncology, Immunoassays / Biomarker studies, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid search, events, sales enablement, and other lead generation channels.
  • Strong understanding of United States and Canada markets, demand generation, lead management practices and working with Sales teams in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to translate sales priorities, customer insights, and market opportunities into actionable marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Content, Digital, Marketing Operations, and Sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance, optimize investments, and connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear messaging, campaign briefs, sales enablement materials, and presentations for stakeholder updates.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working in a basic research, discovery, or translational laboratory environment within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, emerging therapeutic modalities, and recent drug discovery and development breakthroughs, with the ability to connect scientific advances to customer needs and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with marketing technology, CRM, marketing automation, or analytics platforms preferred.

Compensation Range:

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500 - $100,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. 

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
