Our team is seeking a Supervisor of Software Testing to join us in our efforts to continue empowering customers around the world.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assist in designing test plans, write, execute test cases for functional and/ or performance testing within the domain assigned
Perform both guided and exploratory manual test executions following established processes
Work as a member of the scrum team including planning, estimating, and verifying user stories and acceptance criteria
Mentor and support a team of direct reports
Develop strong expertise in the assigned domain area
Understanding and complying of/ to Revvity Signals practices
Assist in creating test summary reports of high quality, written language, and content
Become a user expert on how our products work, gaining an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses; and championing customer issues in order to ensure they have a positive experience
Build, maintain and mentor high performance teams
Provide input on QA strategic directions
Become expert in respective domain
Manage QA resources specific to a site/product
Assure all resources are properly & timely trained
Manage training matrixes
Assure processes & guidelines are being followed across all functions
Positively and respectfully influence Agile teams to assure high quality of the products being shipped to our customers
Escalate issues to their leadership appropriately and timely

Basic Qualifications:
Prior experience leading a small QA engineering team
Computer Science and/ or Science-based bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience qualifying high-volume, scalable enterprise software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced in software automation testing (C#, JavaScript or similar)
Excellent experience working in an agile/scrum environment
Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance life cycle, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent knowledge in test case management and bug tracking systems such as Jira, Zephyr
Previous experience in BioTech or Pharma an advantage but not required
