About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our dynamic team At Revvity Discovery. This role is newly created to develop a seamless flow of materials and products through our supply chain, supporting several different business streams in achieving their customer goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally to forecast demand, assisting in managing inventory, and optimize supply plans to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain supply plans for raw materials and consumables across multiple business streams. Based on demand inputs from sales, project management and scientific operations
Collaborate with sales, project management, scientific operations, procurement, and lab operations teams to ensure alignment of supply with project demand.

Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
Identify and mitigate supply risks, including capacity constraints, lead time variability, and supplier reliability
Support new product introductions and phase-outs with robust supply planning
Analyse supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements
Collaborating with cross functional groups to develop planning parameters in ERP systems
Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and contribute to cross-functional planning meetings
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of advanced planning tools, automation, and data analytics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply planning, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with cross-functional teams.
APICS or similar supply chain certification is a plus.
