Senior Scientist, Immunology
Join our innovative Preclinical Services department at Revvity, a company at the cutting edge of immunological products, reagents, and services. As a Senior Scientist specializing in Immunology, you'll lead advanced research projects for our clients in this hands-on, lab-based role, applying your expertise to design and execute complex immunological screening assays that accelerate drug development and deliver exceptional value to our partners.
In this role you will
• Provide expert scientific leadership for complex client immunology projects, overseeing all phases from experimental design through execution and reporting to support our customers’ drug development programs.
• Lead scientific discussions with customers to understand research challenges, design comprehensive research programs, and recommend strategic next steps.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge techniques to drive innovation in assay development and create next-generation immunology assays.
• Author high-quality scientific deliverables including client reports, data packages, application notes, and peer-reviewed journal articles.
• Provide technical mentorship and development guidance to junior scientists.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance research initiatives and contribute to strategic organizational goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need
• PhD in immunology or related discipline, with a minimum of four years of post-doctoral or equivalent immunological-related work experience.
• Deep experience in immune cell isolation and derivation, phenotypic/functional characterization, with extensive expertise in at least two of the following: flow cytometry, immunoassays, cellular imaging.
• Proven track record of contributing to immunological research through publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver complex projects with defined timelines.
• Team player, self-motivated, with positive thinking and a "can-do" attitude.
