Become a trusted advisor to customers
Identify customer needs, propose solutions, and resolve problems
Work with customers to build and deliver differentiated solutions leveraging the company’s products, together with broader Revvity products and expertise
Identify new features and product enhancements based on customer feedback and provide input to Product Management Teams
Maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service
Create clear requirements documentation
Deliver application specific training, both internally and externally
Build and execute project work plans in a timely manner, tracking & reporting on status & risks
Revise and keep all project documentsup-to-date
Participate effectively in team and customer meetings
