Job Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the entire KRK HUB accounting function, maintaining fiscal records support and coordinate preparation of all fiscal reports needed for local and corporate compliance for all ledgers maintained in the KRK HUB
Responsible for building out the strategic vision of HUB
Provides financial leadership for all accounting and control functions, ensuring proper controls, accuracy in reported information, integrity of financial systems and full compliance for all accounting, statutory and legal requirements
Establishes consistent, standardized processes, policies and procedures for all accounting functions, in-line with corporate guidance, statutory, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements; leverages technology and industry leading best practices
Support all financial system implementations (SAP, D365, etc.)
Drive collaboration with functions and business teams to ensure the accounting teams are partnering for compliant and fiscally responsible decisions and accounting
Develops and manages action plans to deliver objectives and commitments, including identifying opportunities and synergies to reduce costs while increasing efficiency
Develop teams for talent pipeline creation and self-maintenance of the accounting team within the HUB
Be active part of the local management and leadership team

15+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
Can clearly articulate analysis and actions
Guides business to effective decision making
Deep knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statements
Change Management:
Lead transformational projects (such as acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, site closures, emerging market growth, etc.)
Strong at change management communications, cascading, etc.
