Global Compensation Incentive Specialist
Join our dynamic Commercial Performance and Planning team at Revvity, where you'll play a crucial role in managing compensation incentives for our commercial sales and services staff. You'll be at the forefront of supporting, analyzing, and optimizing our global compensation framework, with opportunities to expand your role and participate in adjacent projects.
Your responsibilities:
Support global sales and service organizations using cutting-edge compensation tools.
Engage in quarterly calculations, quota setting and reporting.
Generate and validate commission payroll reports from our Compensation Incentive Calculation system.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot compensation incentive reporting systems.
Train sales teams on ICP plans and system usage.
Analyze and optimize sales compensation plans using ICP system data.
Manage SPIFF and GROW programs, expanding your impact on sales motivation and performance.
Participate in adjacent projects, broadening your expertise and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
3-5 years of Sales Compensation or related experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
English language skills at minimum C1 level, both written and verbal.
Teamplayer mindset.
Professional and mature attitude.
Nice-to-have’s:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
Experience with ICP Software Technology platforms (for example Anaplan).
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Business Objects, Diver, Salesforce.com, and MS Access.
Proven track record of interacting effectively with all levels of sales organizations.
Experience in yearly compensation plan updates and implementations.
