Your Superpowers in Action
• Design and maintain complex data structures and integrations between financial systems and SFDC, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Develop and implement AI-powered automation solutions and intelligent agents to streamline business processes and enhance data management capabilities.
• Create and maintain APIs, middleware connections, and custom development solutions to support seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
• Analyze system performance metrics and implement continuous improvements to optimize data processing and management workflows.

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data management, system integration, or software development.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM configuration, customization, and data management.
• Experience implementing or supporting AI and automation technologies in business applications.
• Knowledge of API development, integration patterns, and middleware solutions.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with financial systems and understanding of financial data structures and relationships.
• Familiarity with machine learning models, intelligent agents, or cognitive services implementation.
• Background in process optimization and workflow automation using modern development tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices for maintaining data integrity.
