Your Superpowers in Action
• Lead the deployment of AI and automation solutions for e-invoicing processes to enhance efficiency and customer response times, while identifying pain points and translating them into automation opportunities.
• Drive e-invoice integration projects from kick-off to production, working directly with customers to understand requirements and implement solutions in SAP systems.
• Develop and implement automation scripts, AI-powered responses, and process optimizations that transform manual e-invoicing workflows into automated solutions.
• Act as a domain expert for setting up e-invoicing in SAP, providing training and best practices to customer care teams across regions.
• Track project status, provide regular reporting on e-invoice delivery metrics, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve integration issues and ensure operational stability.
Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with automation tools, AI applications, and process optimization in a business environment.
• Knowledge of SAP systems and e-invoicing processes or similar financial transaction platforms.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with e-invoicing platforms, regulations, and market standards across different regions.
• Background in implementing AI solutions for business process automation.
• Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring for automated systems.
• Knowledge of customer care operations and common pain points in service delivery.
• Experience with change management and training development in a technical environment.
