This role will focus on expanding theRevvity Signalsclinicalbusiness across Europe, engaging with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare, and research organizations. The ideal candidate is astrategic enterprise seller with strong industry knowledge, a proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, and the drive to consistently exceed revenue targets.

This position will manage bothnew business development and existingstrategicaccounts.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth ofRevvity Signals clinical software solutions across theEMEAregion
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting organizations involved inclinical research, translational science, and clinical data management
  • Identify and developnew enterprise opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and healthcare organizations
  • Build and manage relationships withkey decision-makers and executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ahunter mindset through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development
  • Understand customer clinical workflows, challenges, and digital transformation initiatives and align them with Revvity Signals solutions
  • Deliver compellingvalue-based sales presentations demonstrating business and scientific impact
  • Manage thefull enterprise sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate withpre-sales, consulting, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Maintain a strong and predictablesales pipeline and accurate forecasting
  • Negotiate complexenterprise software and service agreements
  • Represent Revvity Signals atindustry conferences, customer meetings, and executive briefings

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions
  • Proven success selling intoenterprise-level organizations
  • Experience selling to bothscientific business stakeholders and IT leadership
  • Strong understanding of theclinical research, life sciences, or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated success managingcomplex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Consistenttrack record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience sellinginformatics, data platforms, analytics, or scientific software preferred
  • Education inlife sciences, chemistry, biology, or related fields (BS, MS, or PhD) preferred but not required
  • Willingness totravel across Europe as required

  • Strong ability to communicatevalue-based enterprise software solutions to executive audiences
  • Excellentpresentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translatetechnical and scientific capabilities into clear business value
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to managemultiple opportunities and long sales cycles
  • Experience usingCRM and sales management tools
  • Self-driven, competitive, and motivated with a strongteam-oriented mindset
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities in adynamic, fast-paced environment
