  • Understanding the relationship between the Revenue forecast (MBR), the new Orders-to-be-Booked in the Quarter and the Units requested to be shipped from the factories to the region, to ensure enough coherence
  • Establishing and maintaining operating mechanisms within all regions’ Managing Directors, Account Managers, Product Leaders and Finance to collect the data they are using forecast sales
  • Maintaining a constant awareness about the new tenders that might lead to new orders, needing shipment within the quarter
  • Educating all sales team members in the region about factory and supplier constraint
  • Educating the factories and Global SIOP on regions specificities and needs.
  • Actively participating in the monthly SIOP meeting with the Global SIOP (Global Sales demand leaders) in order to property project and deliver the forecast
  • Continuously learning from prior forecast cycle, and making enhancements in the way we forecast
  • Leveraging global tools and dashboards necessary to deliver the forecast
  • Constantly monitoring new order entries between cycles to anticipate how it might impact the cycle need vs. forecast and recommending actions to be taken either with factories or to prioritize allocation
  • Effectively liaising with product managers and Global SIOP and GOM to collect the right information about factories issues, resolutions, on NPI rollout and phase-in/phase-out.
  • Constantly monitoring SIOP list with Global and regions team to clean and maintain the database
  • Assessing forecast accuracy and analyzing inaccuracy drivers; understanding the impact on inventory and identify potential actions with regions or centrally
