Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors capable of supplying marketing-related goods and services, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery. Budgeting and Cost Control: Collaborate with marketing teams to forecast procurement needs and establish budgetary guidelines, monitoring expenditures to ensure adherence to financial targets. Sourcing and Purchasing: Oversee the sourcing process for marketing materials, including print collateral, promotional items, advertising space, and digital marketing services, ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality standards. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain related to marketing procurement, develop mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans to ensure continuity of operations.
