Key Responsibilities
Contingent Workforce Program Management
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of the global Contingent Workforce (CW) program to align with evolving business needs.
- Act as program owner and internal SME for all CW categories, including staff augmentation, independent contractors, payrollees, and SOW engagements.
- Manage the relationship and performance of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Partner with Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition, and regional teams to ensure proper classification, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes.
- Establish and monitor governance models, SOPs, and performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs) across regions.
- Lead global projects and change initiatives related to CW program scalability, process improvement, and cost optimization.
- Track and analyze CW-related data to drive insights and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, market intelligence, and regulatory changes (especially across EMEA and APAC) to future-proof the program.
HR Category Procurement Leadership
- Serve as the single point of contact for all indirect procurement activities related to HR, including but not limited to:
- External recruitment and RPOs
- Learning & development vendors
- Employee engagement and recognition platforms
- Pre-employment screening and onboarding tools
- Own end-to-end sourcing lifecycle: market research, supplier selection, contract negotiations, service renewals, and RFP management.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand demand, consolidate requirements, and identify cost-saving or innovation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk management standards, and contracting best practices.
- Maintain preferred supplier lists, rate benchmarking, and vendor performance dashboards.
