PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Project Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage global action tracking, and provide data-driven insights across Revvity's logistics operations. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work flexibly across global time zones while being based in India.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Lead logistics projects focused on operational excellence and cost optimization
Implement continuous improvement methodologies across global logistics operations
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Drive year-over-year savings initiatives aligned to Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Financial Partnership & Savings Tracking
Partner closely with Finance teams to validate and track project savings
Develop robust methodologies for calculating and reporting cost avoidance and hard savings
Create financial business cases for logistics improvement projects
Ensure accurate savings attribution and documentation for audit purposes
Collaborate with Finance on budget planning and variance analysis
Data Analytics & Reporting
Utilize PowerBI to create comprehensive project status dashboards
Track and report on project ROI and savings metrics in partnership with Finance
Develop standardized reporting templates for global logistics KPIs
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Global Coordination & Communication
Schedule and facilitate project review meetings with regional logistics leaders
Coordinate across multiple time zones to ensure global alignment
Manage and maintain the global logistics SharePoint site
Serve as primary liaison between regional teams and central logistics leadership
Action Tracking & Follow-up
Implement robust global action tracking systems
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion
Escalate risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience Requirements
8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in logistics/supply chain
Proven experience working with Finance teams to track and validate cost savings
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
Proven track record managing complex, multi-regional projects
Fluent English speaking and writing skills (required for global collaboration)
Ability to communicate complex technical and financial concepts clearly
Travel Requirements:
Location: India (remote/hybrid options available)
Schedule: Flexible hours required to support global operations
Travel: Minimal travel required (primarily virtual collaboration)
Training / Certification Requirements:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Additional logistics/supply chain certifications a plus
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI for dashboard creation and data visualization
Expert-level Microsoft Project and Excel skills (including financial modeling)
Experience with SharePoint site management and administration
Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) preferred
AI/Machine Learning experience a plus (process automation, predictive analytics)
Core Competencies

Excellent communication skills across diverse, global teams
Experience in cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to accommodate global time zones (Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific)
