PURPOSE

The position will support business-level, high visibility initiatives to digitally thread the Revvity value stream and transform the way that we operate.  We are seeking a leader who can map our fulfillment processes; develop a long-term digital vision to meet business goals; engage, collaborate and influence across functions to align projects, priorities, and funding streams; partner with existing teams to ensure activities are tied with business goals; and work closely with Information Technology to understand the long-term technology roadmap, leading deployments to ensure roadmaps align.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy TMS across Revvity sites and utilize Subject matter Experts to maintain proper TMS Master Data Fields
  • Leading the TMS implementation program, including integration with broader organization across IT / Finance / e-commerce team and external partners
  • Leading the effort and collaborating with subject matter experts across the organization to map fulfillment processes across customer care, freight and logistics, manufacturing and our supply base
  • Determining key TMS and data analytics processes needed to enable the Company’s e-commerce strategy
  • Leading and understanding our technologies that serve as our operational backbone, the capability to digitally enable our supply chain and drive the user adoption through technologies that engage and deliver for our business leaders
  • Envisioning, designing, prioritizing and deploying process improvements, initiatives and projects aligned with stakeholders
  • Acting as a change agent while leading cross-functional programs to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes across cross-functional teams
  • Training, educating and deploying new processes, procedures and reports
  • Developing appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports as needed to measure effectiveness and drive operational excellence
  • Providing leadership and development to a team of professionals that sets high quality standards for performance and is committed to organizational goals, including assigning responsibilities, training, motivating and coaching employees; assessing and recommending appropriate staffing levels; managing employee performance; and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
  • Completing other projects and tasks from time-to-time as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience Requirements

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain or other relevant field is required
  • Proven experience implementing a TMS system within a Global landscape
  • 12-15 years of experience driving change management within supply chain and/or commercial operations and solving business problems through digitization, developing new capabilities, technology and influencing and leveraging internal and external stakeholders
  • Five or more years of directly and indirectly leading and managing teams in matrixed environment
  • History of working successfully with global, cross-functional teams to develop improvements to business processes
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with the order fulfillment process. 
  • Demonstrated competence with SAP transactions; SAP sales order experience and knowledge is required both ECC6 and HANA
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • This position will collaborate with stakeholders globally and may be required to support projects/priorities/meetings during non-standard working hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes, preferably in the areas of order fulfillment and commercial operations
  • Planning systems expertise and the adoption of IT skills, including but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data & analytics and robotic process automation (RPA) as examples
  • Understanding of SAP End-to-End integration across modules and data structure
  • Experience in technology operation, strategy, planning and implementation and/or relevant business domain preferred; including digital supply chain, supply & demand network transformation, visibility, operational metrics and technology solution performance
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, develop and motivate employees and teams in order to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth 
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with dynamic priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment while maintaining positive and productive working relationships across a broad range of people and groups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to problem solve a variety of issues with key stakeholders
  • Change leader with an insatiable curiosity for driving organizational impact
  • Ability to influence without having direct line management responsibility
  • Creative/curious/lateral thinking mindset
  • LEAN Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision; self-managed and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage priorities and stay on top of critical responsibilities

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 40% of the time both domestically and internationally
