  • Oversees the nuanced delivery and execution of global programs within the region while ensuring alignment with global philosophy and guidelines
  • Provides responsive consultation to regional partners; develops practical and creative solutions to address reginal market issues and address gaps; partners closely with business, HR, finance, and legal leaders to understand needs and provide rewards insights to support strategic business decisions; manages special regional projects as needed (e.g., organizational planning, retention, acquisition integrations, etc.)
  • Partners with Global COE teammates to strategically assess and benchmark regional programs to build a roadmap to address critical gaps and determine priority areas
  • In addition to regional responsibilities, may act as the COE consultant to a global business unit and lead or participate in Global COE projects
  • Participates in the building and maintenance of a scalable job architecture; ensures market ranges which are regionally relevant and market competitive
  • Manages job leveling and conducts robust and meaningful analysis for management to use in making decisions related to compensation programs
  • Participates in the development of employee rewards communication and education strategies; responsible for the deployment and execution of these strategies within assigned region
  • Partners with COE team members to build internal tools and resources to manage compensation decisions including the creation, documentation and implementation of compensation guidelines and administrative processes
  • Manages relationships with benefits brokers and advisors, ensuring coordination between local broker teams and global broker relationship
  • Partners with colleagues across HR, Finance, Legal and the business to ensure that the current benefit portfolio conforms with internal and external strategy, policies, regulatory standards and operating practices
  • Partners with key stakeholders to solicit feedback on benefit plan requirements and to ensure cost effectiveness and consistency in program concepts, guidelines and implementation
  • Participates in the development of a global well-being strategy and support the management of regional wellbeing initiatives
