Overview:

Revvity is embarking on a multi-year digital transformation journey to modernize our technology platforms and simplify our business processes.  We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our implementation and transformation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. The ERP project is a high visibility, high impact program and one of key pillars of Revvity’s Digital Transformation journey. This transformation is at the forefront of the organization’s priorities to create a more agile, responsive, and efficient system. 

Reporting to the Chief Digital and Strategy Officer, the Program Director of ERP Transformation will be instrumental in advancing the ERP project, taking full accountability for managing resources, budgets, schedules, and risks. This pivotal role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital transformation objectives with business stakeholder needs, guiding project delivery from inception to completion. The Program Director will drive multiple workstreams across various functions by understanding requirements, managing complex interdependencies, and working closely with business partners and system integrators. In this leadership position, you will define goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes for the project team, ensuring successful execution and alignment with the organization's strategic vision.

The ERP Transformation Program Director will be hybrid-based out of Waltham, MA.

Core Responsibilities:

The Program Director will be responsible for partnering with functional leaders and overseeing the transformation, implementation, and maintenance of our ERP systems to ensure they effectively support our business operations and objectives.

  • ERP Technology Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for leveraging ERP technologies to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
    • Benchmark and adopt best practices in ERP technologies to ensure our systems remain competitive and effective
  • Implementation and Integration:
    • Work with functional leaders to drive the execution of a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight.
    • Lead teams to prepare business requirements, functional and system requirements using SAP ERP systems knowledge and putting together integrated applications strategy, solution design documents and test plans.
    • Prioritizing projects and system enhancements with business partners, articulating business impact and fitting solutions, delivered timely and within budget.
    • Mentoring internal teams, and 3rd party led service providers to develop and institute policies and procedures associated with application and integration design and standards.

  • System Optimization and Maintenance:
    • Monitor the performance of ERP systems and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the ongoing maintenance and support of ERP platforms.
    • Ensure compliance to meet regulatory requirements and security standards.

  • Team Management and Development:
    • Develop, and mentor a high-performing team of ERP managers and specialists.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with IT applications in implementing, supporting, and managing SAP S/4 HANA ERP and integrated enterprise systems.
  • 5+ years of experience leading SAP ECC, S/4 HANA implementation, global rollout, ERP integration / consolidation.
  • At least two previous experiences in implementing S/4 HANA greenfield or upgrading ECC to S/4 HANA in large global complex organizations, specifically with a focus on driving large-scale ERP and platform enabled transformations.
  • 5+ years of experience with business processes and solution design, function APIs, technical architecture, Integrations, Data Conversions, and modern SDLC.
  • A minimum of 5 years managing direct reports and supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree/MBA and preferably program management certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success.
  • Experience and knowledge in the life sciences or diagnostic industry.
  • Ability to influence process design to minimize customizations.
  • 5+ years of Strong familiarity and hands-on experience in key functional process areas such as finance, supply chain, or order-to-cash. Ability to align technology solutions with business processes.
