Accounts Payable Intern with English

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing invoices

• Reconciling the transitory account

• Vendor file maintenance

• Proper archiving of all documents

• Assisting in month end closing

Requirementsfor the position:

• English at least CEFR B2 level

• Experience in accounts payables would be highly desirable

• Financial background/experience would be highly desirable

• Must be professional and ethical with high integrity

• Sense of urgency, and an absolute commitment in achieving goals

• Process driven and well-organised, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate ad hoc requests

• Attention to details and accuracy

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Conversant on MS Office
